Riverside Structure Fire

On February 7, 2018 at 0817 hours, the Burbank Fire Department responded to smoke in a structure. Engine 12 reported smoke from a door in a flower shop on Riverside Drive. BPD was requested for traffic control along with Investigator 1. Engine 12 was assigned Division 1 with a goal of suppression and a primary search. Truck 12 assumed roof laddering the second story. Engine 15 lay a supply line and was assigned exposures on the first floor. Engine 14 reported to the second floor as Division 2 to conduct a primary and check for extension. Division 1 reported knockdown on a small fire. The damage was limited to the flower shop after the aggressive interior attack. There were no civilian or firefighter injuries.
